No. The service provides general, non-personalized trading signals and market information to channel members. It does not evaluate your personal circumstances, financial situation, objectives or suitability. It is not personalized financial advice, portfolio management, brokerage or account management.
Do you place trades on my account?
No. REI Trading does not require access to your brokerage account and does not execute trades or manage funds for you. You are solely responsible for any order you place.
What does $39/month include?
It provides access to the private REI Trading Signals Telegram channel during your active paid membership. The subscription renews according to the terms displayed at Whop checkout until cancelled.
What exactly does “Lifetime Access” mean?
Lifetime Access means access for the commercial lifetime of the REI Trading Signals service. It does not mean the natural lifetime of the purchaser and does not guarantee that the service, Telegram channel, Whop integration or any particular feature will operate forever.
How many signals will I receive?
There is no guaranteed daily, weekly or monthly signal count. Market conditions change, and the service may publish more, fewer or no signals during a period.
Can I cancel the monthly plan?
You may cancel the recurring membership using the cancellation controls and terms made available by Whop. Cancellation should be completed before the next renewal if you do not want another billing cycle.
What is the refund policy?
Refund and withdrawal rights depend on the checkout terms presented by Whop, the nature and timing of digital access, and applicable mandatory consumer law. Nothing on this website removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

1. Provider and acceptance
The REI Trading Signals service is offered by Strategic Business Profits SRL, CIF RO32131861, Trade Registry No. J35/2091/2013 (“Provider”, “REI Trading”, “we”, “us”). By purchasing, accessing or using the paid Telegram channel, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, the risk warnings shown on this website, the applicable Whop checkout terms and all mandatory rules that apply in your jurisdiction.
2. Nature of the service
The service provides members with access to a private Telegram channel where REI Trading may publish general trading signals, market observations, technical ideas, educational comments and related updates. Content is distributed to members generally and is not tailored to any member's personal financial circumstances.
REI Trading does not take custody of client money, does not log in to client brokerage accounts, does not execute orders on behalf of members, does not manage portfolios, does not provide brokerage services and does not enter into a fiduciary relationship with members.
Regulatory position: Consistent with the Provider's existing public terms, Strategic Business Profits SRL is not authorized by the Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) to provide regulated investment services or personalized investment advice. The signals and market information offered through this service are general and non-personalized. Because laws differ between jurisdictions and may change, members are responsible for determining whether receiving or acting on this type of information is lawful and appropriate where they live.
3. Trading risk and no performance guarantee
Financial markets are risky. Forex, CFDs, futures, indices, metals, crypto-assets and other leveraged or volatile instruments can move rapidly and may lead to partial or total loss of trading capital. Depending on the broker, instrument, leverage and legal framework, losses or obligations may in some cases exceed the amount initially allocated.
There is no guarantee that any signal, trading idea, setup, level, analysis, past example, historical result or strategy will produce a profit. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You can lose all capital allocated to trading.
You are solely responsible for deciding whether to enter, modify or close any trade, selecting your broker, account type, leverage, position size, stop loss, take profit and all other risk parameters.
4. Payments, recurring billing and access
Payments are processed through Whop or another checkout provider displayed at the time of purchase. The current public offers are $39/month for recurring access and $1,500 for the one-time Lifetime Access plan. Taxes, currency conversion and payment processing details may vary depending on the customer's country and checkout method.
The monthly plan renews according to the subscription terms displayed at checkout until cancelled. Members are responsible for cancelling before the next renewal if they do not want another billing cycle. If payment fails, is reversed, disputed or refunded, channel access may be suspended or removed to the extent permitted by law.
Refunds, cancellations and any statutory withdrawal rights are subject to the terms displayed at checkout and applicable mandatory consumer law. These Terms do not waive legal rights that cannot be waived.
5. Lifetime Access definition
“Lifetime Access” means access for the commercial lifetime of the REI Trading Signals service. It does not mean the natural lifetime of the customer, any owner, employee or other person. It does not create an obligation to operate the service forever and does not guarantee that Telegram, Whop, a specific channel, feature, market, signal format or publishing frequency will remain unchanged.
If the service is permanently discontinued, the Lifetime plan ends with the commercial life of that service, subject always to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6. Personal access, acceptable use and redistribution
Membership is for the purchasing member's personal or internal business use unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Members may not resell, sublicense, republish, mirror, scrape, systematically copy, livestream, forward or redistribute paid channel content to third parties, public groups, other paid groups, signal-copying services or competing services.
We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized redistribution, harassment, attempts to compromise the channel or systems, or other material breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
7. Telegram, Whop and third-party services
Telegram and Whop are independent third-party platforms. We do not control their uptime, accounts, payment systems, security, policies, bans, technical errors or service changes. Access can be affected by outages, account restrictions, platform updates, internet failures or other events outside REI Trading's control.
Members must comply with the applicable terms of the third-party services they use.
8. Availability and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a minimum signal frequency, immediate responses, exact execution prices, error-free messages or continued support for every broker, platform or market.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, REI Trading and Strategic Business Profits SRL are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed trades, slippage, spread, broker execution, platform outages, internet failures, account restrictions, tax consequences or decisions made by a member based on channel content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Privacy
This static website does not intentionally include analytics or advertising tracking scripts by default. If you contact us directly, we may process the information you provide in order to respond. Purchases and membership management are processed through Whop, and Telegram processes information according to its own privacy terms. Those third parties act under their own policies and technical systems.
Do not send brokerage passwords, private keys, banking credentials or other sensitive authentication information to REI Trading.
10. Applicable law and changes
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to the Provider in Romania, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply to customers in their own jurisdiction. Disputes should first be raised with us using the contact details below. Mandatory consumer dispute rules remain unaffected.
We may update these Terms when the service, pricing, third-party platforms or legal requirements change. Material changes will apply from the stated effective date and will not remove mandatory rights that already accrued.
